Band Concert and Ice Cream Social

Reminisce of earlier days when the band played on the City Hall lawn and enjoy the usual ice cream social. The Tri-County Alumni Band will perform. West Liberty alumni band members are invited to join them. A free will donation will benefit the West Liberty School Fine Arts department.
